Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or related fields. Proficiency in forecasting and data analysis. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

About the job

Position: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Leeds (LS15 8GB) , Hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office.

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Includes up to 10% discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure patients receive their medications on time
  • Manage supplier quotas and collaborate with suppliers to forecast demand accurately
  • Monitor inbound service performance and patient service levels
  • Identify and implement improvements to supply reliability and product availability
