About the job

Join our team as a Support Engineer, where you will play a critical role in providing full-time support for long-term projects from Monday to Friday. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the IMAC process: Install, Move, Add, and Change.
  • Applying ITIL and Agile methodologies, with exposure to SLA and ticketing systems.
  • Executing software deployments using SCCM.
  • Performing manual software installations and troubleshooting issues.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely support.
  • Providing support for laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Offering network support and configuration management for email systems.
