Join our team as a Support Engineer, where you will play a critical role in providing full-time support for long-term projects from Monday to Friday. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the IMAC process: Install, Move, Add, and Change.
- Applying ITIL and Agile methodologies, with exposure to SLA and ticketing systems.
- Executing software deployments using SCCM.
- Performing manual software installations and troubleshooting issues.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely support.
- Providing support for laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Offering network support and configuration management for email systems.
