As a Supportive Care Assistant at TWB in Breda, you support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. This role centers on providing practical help and encouragement, so clients can continue living comfortably at home for as long as possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist clients with getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
- Help with personal hygiene, including washing and dressing
- Support with putting on and removing compression stockings
In addition to daily care, you observe and report on clients’ well-being, sharing insights with healthcare colleagues. All tasks follow the established care plan and fall within your professional scope. Your attention helps clients remain safe and comfortable in familiar surroundings.
