Core ResponsibilitiesLead the comprehensive integration of new client offices, overseeing planning, onsite deployment, and post-implementation support. Conduct both onsite and remote assessments of client environments to identify infrastructure needs. Deploy, configure, and test network equipment (including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points), servers, and PCs. Coordinate and manage onsite integration activities, collaborating with local or client-side resources. Ensure all integrations comply with client standards, security requirements, and managed service provider (MSP) best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during deployments and integrations. Keep internal teams and stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and the status of completion. Work alongside cross-functional team members to ensure a smooth transition to helpdesk or managed services teams post-integration. Perform additional duties as required. QualificationsWillingness to travel up to 75%, including some weekend travel. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management & Information Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of networking concepts, hardware, and infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching, wireless). Experience with deploying and supporting servers, PCs, and related hardware. Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, software, and networked environments. Adept at assessing environments, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, particularly in a travel-intensive role. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in an IT MSP environment is preferred. Experience with office buildouts, relocations, or multi-site integrations is required. Familiarity with quoting or project scoping for infrastructure deployments.
