Join Control Risks as a Tactical Intelligence Analyst in our Global Security Operations Centre, where you will be integral in supporting operations through the collection, monitoring, and analysis of critical intelligence. As a key member of our team, you will continuously monitor real-time global events, prioritize incidents that could impact our clients' assets and travelers, and deliver timely, accurate, and contextually relevant information through tactical alerts and situation reports, all while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intelligence Collection & Analysis: Gather, manage, and analyze both domestic and international intelligence pertaining to potential threats against our clients' people, assets, and reputations using various internal and external resources. Identify trends and patterns to enhance operational decision-making related to protests, natural disasters, political instability, and more.
- Operational Support: Perform tactical and operational analysis to assist with security investigations and operations, including due diligence initiatives as required.
- Reporting & Briefing: Provide real-time intelligence to aid security operations, incident management, and crisis response, while developing comprehensive threat assessments and situational awareness reports. Maintain intelligence databases and ensure timely dissemination of essential information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of global security professionals to support the GSOC's round-the-clock operations. Partner with team members and various departments to generate insights, develop analytics-driven solutions, and enhance intelligence gathering and risk analysis.
- Monitoring & Surveillance: Actively monitor and evaluate events globally, regionally, and locally to identify potential threats while eliminating false positives that could jeopardize client safety and business continuity.
- Training: Serve as a subject matter expert to elevate the tactical intelligence capabilities of GSOC operators. Engage in after-action reviews to identify lessons learned and establish best practices.
