Job Purpose:
Join Tarjama as a Talent Acquisition Intern and play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our strategic business objectives. You will contribute significantly to our recruitment processes, ensuring we meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn and various job boards.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with employer branding projects and create engaging job postings.
  • Support onboarding documentation and prepare recruitment reports.
