YOUR ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you won’t just fill vacancies; you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our EMEA Creative & Media teams. Working closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, your goal is to enrich our Budapest hub by identifying exceptional individuals—our 'Depsters'—who excel at the intersection of technology and marketing. You will serve as a strategic ally to our leadership, leveraging market intelligence to navigate the competitive agency landscape.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from crafting engaging job postings to extending final offers.
- Identify and attract top talent for our Creative and Media sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Work in tandem with hiring managers to grasp their requirements, providing insights that align candidate profiles with our global objectives.
- Foster a candidate experience that is personable and reflects our B Corp values, ensuring every applicant receives timely feedback and support.
- Maintain efficient candidate tracking and documentation within our ATS and recruitment technology stack.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly within the creative or digital sectors.
- A trendsetter in hiring practices, with a talent for sourcing high-caliber candidates from competitive networks and boutique firms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence internal stakeholders and manage the hiring process effectively under pressure.
- A proactive mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in utilizing ATS platforms and contemporary recruitment tools to optimize processes and manage data.
