As a Talent Coordinator at Insanity Group, you will be instrumental in supporting 1-2 Talent Managers or Senior Talent Managers who manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the vibrant entertainment sector. This role requires a collaborative, proactive, and efficient approach to ensure seamless execution of activities and facilitate new opportunities. While you will have the autonomy to develop your expertise, the guidance from your manager will help you refine your skills and prepare for greater responsibilities, including job cost estimation and pitching talent to brands for lucrative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange intricate travel itineraries for clients.
Manage the schedules of Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers, alongside client diary management.
Support the execution of daily talent campaigns.
Engage with talent and assist in their ongoing management.
Create and refine written content, utilizing pre-designed templates.
Conduct research on potential clients, brands, social media platforms, and competitors.
Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate manager.
Maintain databases and administrative systems effectively.
Process invoices and keep job records current.
Talent Coordinators are encouraged to contribute ideas in departmental meetings and share insights relevant to the wider team. Building relationships with stakeholders across the entertainment industry is essential, and you will have the opportunity to cultivate your own network under your manager's mentorship. With consistent achievement of objectives, you may advance to an Associate Talent Manager position.
