THE ROLE

As the Talent & Operations Lead for Quantis US, you will operate at the nexus of support and business functions, uniquely positioned to drive the talent agenda and its successful execution, aiding every Quantisian in our mission to propel sustainable transformation.

You will serve as a strategic operations partner to the Managing Director (MD) of Quantis US, ensuring the alignment of talent strategy with operational capacity, staffing efficiency, and financial performance.

Reporting directly to the MD and functionally to the Global Talent & Operations Lead, you will manage a team of two. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Consulting Leadership and the MD to enhance revenue operations, project structuring, staffing, and performance metrics.
  • Tracking financial and operational KPIs (revenue, productivity, utilization, workload) and initiating improvement actions to boost business performance.
  • Leading workforce planning and talent initiatives in conjunction with global teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and full HR/legal compliance.
  • Overseeing recruitment, HR operations, staffing, and employee experience through effective leadership.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to team leads and employees, promoting a high-performing and supportive culture across multiple US hubs.
