Summary:
As the Team Lead for Customer Onboarding, you will oversee the onboarding pipeline for our clients. This role comprises 40% operational responsibilities, alongside strategic project management and team leadership. You will initiate and drive process improvements in close collaboration with other teams. Supported by our Head of Onboarding Max, who will guide your management development, you will ensure a seamless start for our customers. Start immediately or within three months.

Your Role at Matera:
You will lead a team of 4 full-time employees and 3 students.
Collaborating closely with the Care and Product teams, you will advance process optimizations.
You will guarantee an efficient and high-quality onboarding experience (pipeline management, timelines, handovers, client satisfaction).
You will develop your team further, ensuring clear processes, prioritization, and strong performance.
