Job Summary:
In the role of Team Lead, Privacy Advisors, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a distributed team of Privacy Advisors. You will focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and consistency across back-office workflows. This is a player-coach position where you will manage both personnel and processes while maintaining close engagement with operational tasks to identify gaps and implement improvements. A crucial aspect of this role is to bridge the communication between frontline operations and the product and engineering teams that develop the tools your team relies upon, including the automated systems that facilitate our removal workflows at scale. You will be accountable for team performance, member satisfaction, and the continuous enhancement of the systems your team utilizes.
