Key ResponsibilitiesProvide top-tier service and support for the implementation and operation of Box products to assigned clients, fostering business growth. Investigate and escalate critical technical issues as necessary. Coordinate with the account team to address and report on any incidents that may arise. Gain a deeper understanding of the business practices and operational environments of assigned clients. Conduct weekly and quarterly technical reviews of support status (ticket reviews, standard support metrics, etc.). Collaborate with client help desk teams to provide training, explore best practices, and respond to feedback. Work with the Customer Success department to ensure high-level service delivery through support channels, documentation, and product feedback.

We are prioritizing candidates with over 2 years of experience in a SaaS company and 5+ years in support/account management, who have demonstrated strong empathy with clients and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
