The Role
This is not a passive role; as a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of small to mid-market clients. You will adeptly navigate between technical intricacies and business strategies, simplifying complex concepts to assist clients in making informed IT decisions.
Your skills will include technical proficiency, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will converse about infrastructure, cloud solutions, and security with engineers, while also articulating risk assessments, ROI, and strategic priorities with clients ranging from IT managers to C-suite executives.
You will:
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic advisor for your assigned client portfolio
- Facilitate meaningful QBRs, roadmap planning sessions, and business reviews
- Convert technical insights into actionable business strategies
- Identify opportunities for enhancing security, improving infrastructure, and optimizing investments
- Guide clients from reactive IT practices to proactive management through CORE, our service that secures their environments, integrates AI and automation, ensures compliance, and delivers measurable ROI
- Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to fulfill commitments
- Establish long-term, trust-based relationships where clients feel genuinely supported

What We’re Seeking
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, IT Consultant, or in a similar role within an MSP or complex multi-client setup
- Robust technical expertise in infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, and modern workplace solutions
- Effective communicator adept at engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
- Strong commercial insight, comfortable discussing budgets, value propositions, and long-term strategies
- Composed, solution-oriented approach in complex scenarios
