The Technical Implementation Consultant at Appian in Boston, Massachusetts, plays a key role in guiding clients through digital transformation projects. Working within the Customer Success team, this position focuses on building custom solutions using the Appian platform. What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for clients following the sales process, using Appian’s platform.
- Lead projects through all stages, including requirements gathering, architecture design, feature development, and delivery.
- Work in an agile setting, learning client business processes and technical needs quickly.
- Launch new relational data models and develop APIs to integrate systems.
- Use Appian’s AI tools to solve practical challenges, such as retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models.
- Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders at client organizations throughout the software development life cycle.
- Help clients build their own process applications, enabling them to drive innovation independently.
