Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role within the telecommunications or wireless communications sector. A deep understanding of Microwave E-Band wireless communication technologies and their applications in 5G and satellite networks. Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a client-focused approach. Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Technical Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in Microwave E-Band solutions. In this pivotal role, you will work hand-in-hand with our sales and engineering teams to offer technical guidance during client interactions. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, proposing customized E-Band solutions, and facilitating a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.

  • Technical Consultation: Engage with potential clients to assess their unique technical requirements and recommend E-Band solutions that align with Astrome's offerings.
  • Solution Design: Create and present tailored E-Band solutions, encompassing system architecture and integration plans, to fulfill client-specific needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the capabilities and advantages of Astrome's E-Band technologies.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to craft comprehensive technical proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.
  • Market Feedback: Collect insights from client engagements to guide product development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and met.
