What Will I Be Doing?
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data-driven initiatives, defining scope and success metrics, followed by execution and impact evaluation.
- Gather, clean, and analyze extensive datasets to unveil trends, risks, and opportunities that guide business and product strategies.
- Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights utilizing tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to transform business challenges into structured analytical and execution plans.
- Create and oversee project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks related to analytical and operational efforts.
- Monitor progress, identify blockers promptly, and ensure timely completion across various workstreams.
- Establish streamlined processes to enhance execution rigor, visibility, and accountability.
- Continuously refine team practices in data utilization, tools, and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
