About the Role
The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting exceptional talent to address the intricate challenges of developing AI-driven hardware. This position demands a commitment to excellence and the agility to excel in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for technical positions (hardware, firmware, AI/ML, operations), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build a strong and diverse candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to articulate role requirements and develop strategic hiring initiatives.
- Utilize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to refine and enhance recruiting processes.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Enhance the structured technical interview process.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles, specifically in hardware engineering, AI/ML, and embedded systems in rapidly growing startup environments.
- Sourcing: Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and establishing talent pipelines for challenging engineering roles.
- Tools: Proficiency in recruiting platforms and ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter) for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, provide strategic hiring insights, and assertively engage with hiring managers when necessary.
