What will you do?
Your morning starts with a mission: somewhere in your area, a heat pump awaits your expertise to revive it, troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving issues is part of your daily adventure.
Got a new installation scheduled? You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, perfectly calibrate the system, and demonstrate its operation to users and installers.
What if a malfunction is hidden in details? You will dive into schematics, manuals, and your own logic until the puzzle becomes crystal clear. If a defect falls within the warranty period, you'll also advise internally on the appropriate resolution.
On the road, you'll advise users and installers on settings, usage, and smart adjustments that truly enhance their installations, and if you spot recurring issues or improvement opportunities, you'll report them so we can continuously refine our products and processes.
You will maintain your van, tools, and parts inventory in top condition, work safely, and wrap up every visit clearly so that the next colleague or installer knows exactly what you've resolved.
