We are excited to expand our Support function, where you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a seamless integration of Luminance’s innovative technology into their operations. As a member of the Support team, you will manage customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships from start to finish.
You will be responsible for ticketing and resolving customer queries directly or collaborating with various departments to provide effective communication and exceptional service. Your role will involve understanding customer use cases and needs, ultimately enhancing their experience with our products. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented individual with critical thinking skills and a passion for problem-solving.
