As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Technical Services team, providing Tier 3 support for escalated technical and software issues, collaborating with our global support teams. You will possess strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities, allowing you to identify not only the immediate issues but also their root causes.
Your extensive knowledge of Keyloop products and excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively within a team and mentor our Tier 2 Support Analysts throughout the case resolution process.
