Job Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Engineering Intern, you will engage in a hands-on learning experience focused on the technical support processes across our operations. This first-response role entails:

  • Delivering Help Desk/Service Center style support by managing inbound technical support requests, calls, and tickets from employees.
  • Overseeing support issues from initiation to resolution, escalating them only when necessary.
  • Collaborating with various technology teams to identify optimal solutions to challenges.
