THE ROLE
We are looking for a Technical Writer to become a vital member of our Digital Experiences team. In this role, you will collaborate with industry experts to craft various technical documents, including articles, guides, and detailed product documentation, enhancing the understanding of Pure’s offerings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Engage with subject matter experts, product managers, solutions architects, and engineers to collect essential technical information regarding our products and processes.
- Develop, update, and maintain diverse content such as installation and configuration guides, technical specifications, best practices, and technical blogs.
- Utilize generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to efficiently draft, edit, and summarize technical content while ensuring accuracy and compliance with style guidelines.
- Access experts, labs, and research resources to validate the technical integrity and usability of our documentation.
- Enhance and maintain templates, style guides, and team processes to ensure consistent content quality across the board.
- Review and edit submissions from multiple collaborators to align with our content style standards.
- Develop your skills with tools like WYSIWYG editors, DITA authoring tools, and ServiceNow to create structured content that adheres to established information architecture.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, assimilating product knowledge and contributing actively as part of the team.
We mainly operate in an office environment, so you will be expected to work from our Prague office in accordance with company policies.
