As a vital member of the CPM Ireland team, you will play a key role in driving our business growth. Your primary focus will be to achieve and exceed the Client’s Key Result Areas by optimizing sales and orders within your designated stores across all SKUs. This role encompasses sales, merchandising, and activation responsibilities, ensuring the availability of our core product range and effective space management within your geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance business performance and maximize sales
  • Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by your line manager
  • Follow a structured retail call file and journey plan
  • Achieve agreed objectives and targets as outlined by your line manager
  • Improve distribution and availability of the core product range in-store
  • Place appropriate orders electronically to prevent stock shortages
  • Implement national and local planograms and promotions to boost distribution and availability
  • Accurately record all data and submit reports on a daily basis
  • Drive sales and build activations in alignment with company targets
  • Conduct merchandising activities to support sales
  • Identify and understand customer needs effectively
  • Maintain effective communication with store management and your line manager
  • Provide regular feedback through both verbal communication and electronic reports
  • Strive to achieve the highest standards of performance
  • Uphold CPM and Client standards consistently
  • Participate in weekly team conference calls and monthly/quarterly team meetings
  • Innovate and propose new ideas for improving work processes
  • Maintain operational efficiency while completing all tasks
