We are seeking an enthusiastic Transfer Pricing Manager to join our rapidly growing Transfer Pricing team. In collaboration with senior management and partners, you will actively contribute to the development of our practice. Your expertise will be vital in providing our diverse client portfolio with tailored Transfer Pricing advice, including preparing legally required documentation and optimizing internal transactions through business restructuring.
As part of a national practice, you will engage daily with various Baker Tilly offices across the Netherlands and our international Baker Tilly network.
You'll be part of a dynamic and energetic team with diverse national and international colleagues. We regularly collaborate in our Rotterdam office, allowing for knowledge sharing and creating opportunities for lunch and social gatherings.
This role offers exposure to various facets of Transfer Pricing advisory, including:
Preparing legally mandated transfer pricing documentation.
Reviewing transfer pricing documentation against Dutch legal requirements submitted by clients or partners within the Baker Tilly International network.
Filing and negotiating Advanced Pricing Agreements with the tax authority's APA team.
Supporting and training colleagues on Transfer Pricing matters, including during meetings with clients and international tax authorities.
Executing business restructuring processes, including international aspects as necessary.
