We are on the lookout for a User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will:
, Launch, scale, and optimize advertising campaigns;
, Dive deep into metrics and data, CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, LTV, and translate insights into actionable strategies;
, Continuously experiment with new approaches, channels, and formats in pursuit of that breakthrough scalable idea;
, Collaborate in creative brainstorming sessions with designers, marketing leaders, and product teams, your ideas will not be overlooked;
, Analyze competitors: their campaigns, messaging, creatives, and funnel structures, leveraging these insights to stay ahead.

We want to hear from you if:
, You possess 1+ years of experience in Big4/Big3 or marketing;
, You are adept at working with numbers, analytics, and dashboards, understanding that metrics are not just reports, but a roadmap for growth;
, You swiftly absorb new information, adapt to changes, and are unafraid to think outside the box;
, You are detail-oriented, reliable, and double-check your work;
, You have a strong internal drive for initiative: proposing, testing, analyzing, and propelling processes forward;
, You have a B2+ level of English proficiency for effective collaboration with international markets and materials.

Bonus points for:
, Understanding key marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and how they impact the company's P&L;
, Hands-on experience with launching campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other performance channels;
, Proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis, A/B testing, and budget planning.
