As a member of our Global Customer Support Team, the Validation Specialist will oversee the implementation of validation protocols for our state-of-the-art automated systems. This includes Installation/Operation Qualifications, Performance Qualifications, and ongoing support throughout the Method Qualification process. Responsibilities also encompass drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation documents, capturing customer feedback, and serving as a technical expert during the sales cycle.
This position requires up to 80% travel across North America, Europe, and Asia, with trips typically lasting about one week, along with some extended assignments.
The anticipated start date for this role is Monday, July 6.
