Qualifications

Required SkillsWorkday Certification in HCM, Absence Management, and Benefits. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Absence Management and Benefits ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or other SaaS/ERP systems. Experience with open enrollment, employee life cycle events, benefit plan setup, health and welfare benefits compliance, retirement plans, pension plans, HSA, and FSA. Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA (Affordable Care Act), and related regulations affecting health benefit plans. Ability to translate customer requirements into system configuration and business processes. Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.

Our professionals possess the expertise and industry knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional consulting services, enabling clients to optimize their Workday software utilization. This role involves approximately 50% travel to client locations across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional expert in Workday and guide clients throughout the systems development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate clients through all project phases including fit/gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
  • Support clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their existing business operations.
  • Provide strategic advice on options, risks, and potential impacts on other processes or systems.
  • Configure the Workday system and integrations to align with each client’s unique business requirements while offering insights on best practices.
  • Collaborate with the client and data migration team to assist in converting legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist the integration team with the design, configuration, and testing of both delivered and custom integrations.
  • Complete tasks efficiently, maintaining timely communication with management regarding progress.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the process of delivering Workday solutions.
