This is a hands-on position where you will assume real responsibilities from the outset, helping us connect with customers, enhance internal processes, assist in recruitment, and contribute to product refinement. What You'll Do
- Support go-to-market initiatives through prospect research, outbound outreach, preparation of sales materials, and maintaining our CRM pipeline.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities including trade shows, events, webinars, social media posts, newsletters, and light content creation.
- Enhance operations by refining internal processes, documenting workflows, and supporting day-to-day tasks.
- Contribute to human resources by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and aiding in onboarding new hires.
- Engage in testing new features, documenting bugs, providing structured feedback to product and engineering teams, and improving user experience.
- Participate in data annotation and review to ensure high-quality datasets for our ML/AI systems.
