About the Role
We believe that in-person interactions are a crucial asset for driving company goals forward. Our office can become more than just a workspace; it can be a physical foundation for exceptional work.
We are seeking a Senior Individual Contributor to manage our San Francisco hub and oversee programs that enhance the value of in-person engagement for the entire organization. This includes offsite events, travel arrangements, onboarding weeks, and the recurring activities that foster trust within our distributed team. In-person gatherings should serve a clear purpose, advancing genuine company priorities, and you should be able to articulate the intended outcomes and changes resulting from these interactions.
This role embodies stewardship with significant impact. You pay attention to the details of the environment and the atmosphere of a room. You consider the energy and quality of experiences while operating with diligence. You complete processes, establish systems, and ensure that exceptional experiences are consistent rather than coincidental.
