About the Role
As an Account Director, you will be instrumental in helping our clients grasp the transformative potential that advanced AI technologies can bring to their operations and end-users. This position blends technical acumen, visionary insight, collaborative partnership, and a strategic focus on delivering value.
You will drive opportunity creation throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial pipeline development to successful deal closure. Collaborating with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists, you will empower customers to innovate and evolve their industries through AI.
This position is based in the vibrant city of Tokyo, Japan, and follows a hybrid working model, requiring three days in the office each week. We also offer relocation assistance for new hires.
In this Role, You Will:
Oversee approximately a dozen key accounts, crafting and executing strategic account plans
Guide enterprise prospects from initial consideration to successful deployment
Collaborate with solutions and research engineering to design and implement intricate customer programs and projects
Take ownership of consumption revenue targets
Manage consumption revenue forecasts effectively
Analyze important account metrics to generate reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders
Continuously monitor the industry landscape (including competitors and partners) to inform product roadmaps and broader corporate strategies
Work closely with teams across marketing, communications, business operations, HR, finance, product management, and engineering
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
Contribute to fostering a positive company culture
