AnyMind Group is seeking an Account Management Manager to join the Global Business team in Bangkok. This role centers on managing key accounts and shaping commercial strategy across E-commerce, D2C enablement, affiliate and influencer marketing, and digital marketing. The manager will serve as a digital commerce consultant, driving revenue and business growth for assigned brands.
Role overview
The position requires building and executing joint business plans with clients, overseeing daily E-commerce operations, and applying AnyMind's BPaaS technology (including AnyX and AnyLogi) to support long-term client success.
What you will do
- Strategic account and commercial management: Develop and present integrated plans for key accounts, covering E-commerce/D2C, influencer marketing, and digital marketing. Lead joint business planning and conduct regular performance reviews.
- D2C operations and strategy: Oversee consulting and daily operations for D2C and E-commerce accounts. Recommend AnyMind’s enablement solutions, such as AnyX and AnyLogi, to improve efficiency.
- Campaign and promotion oversight: Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns with external partners, negotiating for high-visibility placements on various platforms.
- Revenue generation and growth: Take responsibility for monthly and quarterly sales targets, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Performance analysis and optimization: Monitor and analyze sales data, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Team leadership and collaboration: Guide team members to achieve KPIs and work closely with internal teams in operations, fulfillment, marketing, and finance.
