Role Overview:
As the Account Manager, you will engage closely with Hera’s most significant clients within the launch services sector, facilitating the most rapidly evolving space launch systems globally. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ missions succeed through exceptional, tailored support, being available whenever and wherever needed to guarantee the effective delivery of our innovative products and services. You will serve as the thermal protection systems subject matter expert and the principal architect of solutions to the most pressing challenges in the industry.
This position will act as a crucial link between our customers’ procurement and engineering teams and the extensive capabilities available at Hera and the Canopy A&D platform. You will have the authority to immediately take ownership of programs that encompass one or multiple clients.
 
Key Responsibilities
· Manage pivotal relationships with our clients, fostering trust, maintaining exceptional organization, and proactively addressing issues.
· Communicate with clients regarding purchase orders and contracts, ensuring project parameters are well-defined.
· Collaborate closely with Program Managers and participate in both internal and external program meetings to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
· Conduct regular check-ins, business evaluations, and status updates.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for quotes, and order modifications.
