What does the role entail?

As an AI Data Specialist at NiCE, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging AI toolsets to define, develop, manage, and enhance our NiCE Enlighten AI data solutions. You will act as a data expert in Interaction Analytics, comprehending the significance of data development and its downstream impacts, ultimately driving value from unstructured interaction data. Collaborating closely with the Customer Engagement Analytics (CEA) Research, Product, and Services teams, your data acumen will blend with cutting-edge technology and client insights to fulfill our collective objectives.

AI Data Specialists excel at extracting value and insights from structured data derived from unstructured Customer Experience (CX) interactions. This expertise, coupled with a strong technical foundation, enables our Enlighten AI data team to create scalable, effective data structures that yield measurable operational outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing foundational data structures and understanding evolving client requests for enhancements, incorporating these needs into successful execution plans.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, possesses excellent communication, organization, analytical, and technical skills. As a proactive self-starter, you will eagerly engage in learning and validating emerging toolsets while staying focused on achieving success through our data solutions. As you deepen your system and data expertise, you will have opportunities for direct client interactions, feedback collection, and planning.

In what ways will you make an impact?

  • Act as the central point for developing predefined data structures for the automated analysis of extensive CX interactions across various channels (audio, chat, email, social media, etc.)
  • Ensure the validation of completed and evolving data structures meets high standards for precision and recall
  • Test innovative tools from Research that enhance the development of data structures
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Research and Product teams to drive continuous evolution
