We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect who is eager to shape platform direction rather than merely adding to a feature backlog. This strategic technical role within our Software Engineering team will involve defining what we build, how we build it, and how it scales. If you are a systems thinker who challenges assumptions early and is passionate about delivering high-performing AI solutions in production, this role is for you.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with Product Management to define AI-enabled features that provide a distinct competitive advantage.
- Evaluate ideas early to ensure they are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with our long-term platform vision.
- Design AI-driven systems that effectively balance performance, latency, accuracy, cost, and operational complexity.
- Create end-to-end data flows that integrate seamlessly into Sangoma’s UCaaS and CCaaS environments.
- Provide clear architectural specifications and measurable design principles to guide engineering teams.
- Ensure AI components are secure, resilient, observable, and ready for production deployment.
- Engage in design workshops, roadmap discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our innovations are not only groundbreaking but also robust, scalable, and aligned with our long-term strategic evolution.
