Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Integration & Test Planning:Design and implement comprehensive thermal test campaigns (including Active Thermal Control System, thermal vacuum, thermal balance, and thermal cycling) at both system and sub-system levels. Additionally, design and execute ECLSS test campaigns for critical systems such as the Pressure Compartment System and Ventilation System. Hardware Management:Define and manage flight hardware interfaces during integration, including pipes, fittings, valves, MLI, heaters, sensors, and more. Design the 3D layout for test activities and construct the required test setups, ensuring the procurement of test components and the development of execution procedures. Test Execution:Plan, define, prepare, execute, and oversee thermal/ECLSS tests in conjunction with internal and external testing facilities. Data Analysis & Reporting:Provide insightful test results and compile detailed test reports. Collaborate with the engineering team to correlate and validate models. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with the design office and systems engineering teams to ensure compliance with flight qualification standards, assisting the AIT team in the development of mechanical procedures for structure assembly.

We are looking for a skilled AIT Thermal/ECLSS Engineer to join our vibrant AIT team. In this key role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of thermal and ECLSS test campaigns, ensuring seamless system-level integration for both Nyx and its demonstrator vehicles.
