Your Role
As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in our data analysis and QA team, providing essential data support for our innovative Agentic AI projects, particularly within the ASR and NLP teams. Your primary focus will involve utilizing data analysis to identify and optimize conversational flows and the foundational data infrastructure for agentic voice and chat solutions. You will actively pursue opportunities to enhance the team's productivity and workflows through automation and process optimization, including the implementation of automated QA for our agentic systems.
This position reports to the manager of the Data Analysis and QA team and is based in our Vancouver, Canada office.
