As an Area Manager at HelloFresh in Phoenix, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations team. You will:

- Coach and develop hourly associates to enhance their skills.

- Report daily production updates to management, ensuring transparency.
- Address employee concerns through effective problem resolution.
- Promptly manage email correspondence.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost-efficiency, safety, and team morale.
- Continuously seek process improvements.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular updates to the Associate Production Manager or Manager during shifts.
- Facilitate daily shift and safety meetings.
- Conduct interviews for non-exempt shifts within the department.
- Investigate workplace accidents and communicate findings to management.
- Prioritize departmental tasks as needed.
- Track attendance and timekeeping diligently.
