HelloFresh seeks an Area Manager I, Production for its Factor_ division in Goodyear, AZ. This supervisor-level role guides production teams, fosters a positive work environment, and supports ongoing improvements in daily operations. The Area Manager partners with hourly associates and team leads, emphasizing productivity, professional growth, and high operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop hourly associates, engaging with both employees and team leads in a respectful manner.
- Share timely updates on production metrics with managers during each shift.
- Address employee concerns through effective problem-solving.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to help achieve strong operational results.
- Monitor department performance metrics and report progress to the Associate Production Manager.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
