This dynamic role marries proactive sales leadership with strategic relationship management across academic health program partnerships nationwide.
In this influential position, the Associate Director will develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners, and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract finalization. This role also involves contributing to strategic planning, conducting market research, and performing competitive analysis to position NPHub as a leader in Nursing and Physician Assistant placement services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new market opportunities, prospective partners, and growth channels to expand NPHub’s clinical placement network.
- Create a robust lead tracking and engagement process to drive revenue and enhance placements.
- Build, sustain, and strengthen relationships with universities, clinical sites, and other essential partners.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate across departments, sales, operations, and marketing, to meet company revenue targets.
- Engage in external meetings, webinars, and industry conferences to amplify NPHub's market presence.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Prepare high-caliber proposals, presentations, and agreements in alignment with NPHub’s growth objectives.
- Assist in contract negotiations and agreements with universities to maximize value and impact.
- Maintain accurate data on sales pipeline and progress within CRM systems.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance service offerings and operational processes.
- Support onboarding and mentorship of junior business development staff as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to promote business growth and operational excellence.
