Join Devsinc as a dynamic Associate Growth Executive and play a pivotal role in driving our Business Development efforts in Staff Augmentation and Lead Generation. We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT staffing and outbound sales.
In this role, you will engage in LinkedIn outreach, email lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, lead nurturing, and pipeline management to enhance our global market presence. Your collaboration with our Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams will be crucial in converting qualified leads into sustainable staffing partnerships while achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ICP-driven research to identify target companies and decision-makers in international markets.
- Implement LinkedIn Outreach (Sales Navigator) and cold email campaigns for effective lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
- Manage multi-touch outreach sequences utilizing tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, and Instantly.
- Apply to pertinent job portals to uncover qualified IT staffing opportunities.
- Craft customized proposals, RFP responses, and client communications tailored to specific requirements.
- Qualify and nurture B2C outbound leads through structured follow-up processes.
- Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads, proposals, and closed contracts.
- Focus on staffing roles across Full Stack, Mobile, Shopify, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Metaverse, and Cybersecurity.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs for leads, proposals, and closed contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2C tech sales.
- Demonstrated success in LinkedIn outreach and email-based lead generation.
- Solid experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a high level of English fluency.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or ClickUp) and adept in pipeline management.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, and Mailshake.
- In-depth understanding of various global IT staffing models including hourly, dedicated resource, fixed, retainer, and hybrid contracts.
- Able to maintain precise CRM records and track outreach, proposal, conversion, and revenue metrics.
