Compensation
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $85,000 - $100,000
- Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000+
Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly bonus opportunities. There is no earnings ceiling, and successful representatives can build a portfolio that generates residual commissions each month.
What you will do
- Prospect daily in person throughout your assigned territory.
- Engage in cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and pipeline development with small business owners.
- Lead needs-based consultations to identify business challenges.
- Present and sell digital marketing solutions, including:
- Websites
- SEM / PPC
- SEO
- Social Media Advertising
- Display Advertising
- Reviews & Reputation Management
- Deliver both virtual and in-person presentations to secure new business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing account support.
- Track activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Competitive drive and a hunter mentality for sales.
- Preferred: 1+ years of B2B, outside, or field sales experience.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities.
- Coachable, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
