Role Overview:
As part of the Knowledge Assist (KA) team, you will develop AI solutions that empower contact center agents with timely and relevant information. Our initiatives include real-time generative assistance, knowledge search capabilities, and seamless integration with customer systems.
We seek a passionate software engineer with a strong inclination for backend development who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. While this position primarily focuses on backend technologies, having a full-stack skill set will be an advantage.
