Role overview

As Ideals grows its presence in Germany, the DACH Field Sales team is adding a Business Development Associate (m/w/d) based in Berlin. This quota-carrying role focuses on outbound sales and acquiring new customers. Daily work involves close collaboration with colleagues in Munich and Frankfurt.

Each month, the Business Development Associate will engage with 30 to 40 new customers and manage a pipeline of over 50 opportunities. The position centers on proactive outreach and building relationships with decision-makers in finance, banking, and related industries. Performance in this role has a direct impact on Ideals' growth in the German market.

Compensation

This role offers a compensation structure of 50% base salary and 50% performance-based variable.
