The FOS team is an essential component of Apna's success story, helping us achieve market leadership within just 18 months of launching our product. By strategically managing the SMB lead funnel and focusing on client acquisition and onboarding, we have outpaced numerous established competitors. We are expanding our team to enhance our capabilities and propel Apna into its next rapid growth phase.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will engage in proactive market activities to acquire SMB customers, conduct cold calls, and finalize long-term agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily client visits to present Apna's hiring products.
  • Identify and generate leads, sharing market insights with your manager.
  • Address customer objections regarding product offerings, competitor comparisons, pricing, and expectations.
  • Sell recruitment solutions to SMB clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for clients, ensuring their initial job postings on our platform.
  • Build market references and drive organic revenue growth.
  • Represent the Apna brand effectively, communicating our value proposition to engaged prospects.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly targets, aligning with both short-term and long-term growth objectives.
  • Enhance Apna's brand visibility in the market through promotional activities and networking.
