RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in digital prospecting methods using platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Maps. Resilient and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic capable of managing high-volume outreach and facing rejection. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus but not essential. Knowledge of finance or related sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.

Role Overview

As our Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving FlapKap’s growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new SME clients, with a primary focus on the UAE market. You'll implement data-driven strategies and leverage multi-channel outreach, via calls, emails, and social media, to uncover promising leads. This position demands a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a readiness to utilize various digital platforms for maximum effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify SME leads through digital tools and market analysis.
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with relevant information and performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
