About the Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Kafene, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, signing, and onboarding new retail partners. You will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on expanding Kafene’s presence in target markets, including furniture and appliances. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive, hunter mentality, who thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
This role can be performed remotely, but candidates must reside within a 100-mile radius of Hartford, CT or Bridgeport, CT to be eligible.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue prospective retail partners in designated industries and geographic areas.
Engage decision-makers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings.
Present Kafene’s value propositions and financing solutions, tailored to the specific needs of retailers.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our offerings and enhance partner experiences.
