Role Overview: Business Development Manager - Web3 & DeFi
This remote position is open to candidates based in Malaysia or elsewhere in Asia. The Business Development Manager will drive B2B growth across the Web3 and DeFi landscape. After a successful B2C launch, the company is now prioritizing institutional partnerships. This role is designed for someone with strong connections in the ecosystem, ready to use established relationships to open doors and close deals.
What You Will Do
- Build DeFi Partnerships: Secure at least one new B2B integration or Web3 partnership each month.
- Convert Leads: Take an extensive DeFi lead list and turn warm introductions into signed agreements, drawing on your credibility and network.
- Negotiate Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, negotiating complex Web3 agreements with both retainer and success-based terms.

The ideal candidate is already active in the Web3 and DeFi space in Asia, with a strong network among institutions and partners. This is a pure hunter role, focused on opening new relationships and building the company’s B2B presence.
