What Will You Do?
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing the business market. You will build relationships with companies in the region, ensuring they choose us for overnight stays, meetings, and events.
Actively reach out to new clients and maintain existing relationships;
Identify market opportunities and translate them into concrete requests;
Advise clients on the possibilities within the hotel;
Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing agreements;
Attend networking events and relevant functions;
Organize relationship-building days and manage key accounts;
Collaborate with colleagues from reservations, marketing, and F&B;
Track and analyze your results and pipeline;
Additional Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and continuously improve (new and existing) concepts, focusing on commercial appeal and experience;
Align sales activities with the team;
Create an annual planning for accounts and acquisition;
Represent the hotel within regional networks.
