We are looking for high-energy, motivated individuals with strong business acumen and a natural aptitude for sales. As a Business Development Representative, you will be integral to our Sales Development organization, focusing on outbound prospecting to potential sellers and showcasing the value of Square for their businesses. You will collaborate closely with our Sales team to identify and engage new merchants that align with the Square ecosystem. As the first point of contact, your ability to understand the diverse needs of our merchants will be essential. You will gain expertise in the products and services that enable merchant growth within the Square ecosystem, leveraging your persuasive skills and competitive drive to elevate success standards while documenting and tracking qualified opportunities for the team.
